Custodial Technician Janitor

Job Description The Custodial Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the plant and office areas. This role supports daily operations by performing routine cleaning, waste removal, and basic equipment operation while ensuring high standards of housekeeping.

- Perform various clean up and janitorial duties throughout the plant and office areas.

- Sweep and clean all floor surfaces as required.

- Clean outside surfaces and grounds of dirt and debris.

- Transport and empty trash and scrap bins.

- Operate the floor scrubber.

- Operate cardboard compactor machine.

- Operator trash compactor machine.

- Maintain a good standard of housekeeping.

- Report any unusual mechanical or operational conditions to the appropriate personnel.

- Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required.

- Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- The ability to demonstrate basic reading and writing comprehension.

- The ability to work overtime as needed
