FETC is a high-end, custom, home builder located in Knoxville, TN. We have been in business since 1998. Our business is a strong mix of new home builds and large renovations. In practice , this means we honor our clients with open and transparent cost plus budgeting. We pay our trade partners weekly and we never skip payments. We are a 40 to 45-hour-per-week company…our client contracts limit calls and emails to normal business hours. You will rarely work nights or weekends with us. We generally work within about one hour from our main office, so no overnight travel. And we invest in our community by financially and personally supporting various nonprofits in the Knoxville area.

A project manager with FETC will lead a team of two superintendents, a foreman, and a runner or intern (depending on the season). Generally speaking, each PM is responsible for four new homes or large remodels at any one time. New homes average $3M and up.
