Key Responsibilities of the Sr. FP&A Analyst (Procurement):
- Analyze spending trends across sourcing, distribution, transportation, and operational activities to uncover savings opportunities and support strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models, performance metrics, management reports, and executive level insights that guide business decisions.
- Partner with leadership teams across finance and operational functions to evaluate business challenges, assess financial impacts, and recommend solutions.
- Establish and enhance reporting structures, analytical frameworks, and process improvements that increase efficiency and financial visibility.
- Deliver data driven evaluations of supplier performance, purchasing activities, and operational costs while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, along with significant experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise supporting procurement and supply chain finance activities within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to create sophisticated financial models, perform cost analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders.
- Experience influencing stakeholders, building new processes, and implementing reporting solutions that support organizational growth and operational effectiveness.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and enterprise resource planning systems, with familiarity working within large scale financial data environments.
