Resumen del Puesto
Realizar una variedad de tareas relacionadas con el procesamiento de productos avícolas, incluyendo el manejo de pollo crudo. Las tareas pueden incluir, entre otras, manipular e inspeccionar productos de pollo, deshuesar, cortar, empacar, pesar y mover productos. También se podrán asignar otras funciones según las necesidades de supervisión.
Funciones Esenciales
- Realizar una variedad de tareas de procesamiento avícola de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos de seguridad, calidad y velocidad de producción. Las responsabilidades incluyen el manejo e inspección de productos.
- Aunque normalmente se asignará al empleado a un solo departamento, las necesidades de producción y personal pueden requerir cambios periódicos. Todos los candidatos deben estar dispuestos y capacitados para trabajar en otros departamentos y puestos según sea necesario y asignado.
- Estar dispuesto a trabajar en diferentes condiciones, incluyendo ambientes calientes, fríos, húmedos y ruidosos.
- Estar dispuesto y capacitado para trabajar alrededor de equipos industriales, permanecer de pie durante varias horas y levantar, empujar o halar hasta 40 libras, así como realizar movimientos repetitivos con los brazos, muñecas y manos.
Educación y Experiencia
- Se prefiere experiencia previa en producción avícola o experiencia previa en un ambiente de manufactura de alimentos.
