AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models.
• Build and deploy production-ready ML pipelines.
• Develop AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Fine-tune foundation models using domain-specific datasets.
• Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Integrate AI models with web applications and APIs.
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy.
• Work with cloud platforms to deploy scalable AI services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Stay updated with the latest AI research and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience (entry-level roles may accept internships/projects).
• Strong understanding of:
  • Machine Learning algorithms
  • Deep Learning
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Statistics and Linear Algebra
• Strong programming skills in  Python .
• Experience with SQL and data processing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying ML models into production.
• Experience building LLM-based chatbots or AI assistants.
• Knowledge of distributed systems.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and FastAPI.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning is a plus.
