Compensation 

• Per diem compensation at $300 per hour 
• Paid malpractice coverage 

Program Overview 

• The Bassett Regional Cancer Program has been continuously accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer as  Comprehensive Community Cancer Center since 1947 
• Accredited by the American Society of Clinical Oncology (QOPI) since 2021 
• Long-standing ECOG-ACRIN member with nearly 30 years of participation in NCI and other sponsored clinical trials 
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary care model with onsite Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Pathology, and Radiology 
• Active weekly tumor board 
• Comprehensive patient support services, including Nurse Navigators, Social Workers, Financial Counselors, Nutritionist, and Palliative Care Practitioners

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or MBBS 
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology 
• Current New York State medical license or eligibility 
• BLS certification and DEA registration required
