Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) will lead all assembly operations for my client's 2nd shift. This position will be a key Manufacturing leader at my client's new facility in the western suburbs, providing valuable coaching/leadership to employees, as well as driving/implementing LEAN/CI initiatives. Apply today to join an organization that's on the rise! Description Supervise all production activities and ensure optimal productivity. Implement and monitor quality control measures. Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational objectives. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards. Develop and implement improvements to production processes. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor equipment maintenance and organize necessary repairs. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with management. Profile 3+ years' experience overseeing production teams of 40+. A candidate who is bilingual in English/Spanish is required. Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures. Track record leading projects to improve production efficiency and reduce waste & costs. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using manufacturing software and equipment. Background in assembly environments strongly preferred. Job Offer A salary range of $75.000 - $90,000 Depending on level of experience. Quarterly bonuses, paid out based on personal metrics & company performance. 3 total weeks vacation. Excellent benefits package. 401k matching.
