Position Overview We are currently seeking a PartTime Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team two days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist seeking flexibility, work-life balance, and a positive team culture while continuing to deliver high-quality preventive dental care. Key Responsibilities Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and root planning Assess oral health and document patient medical histories Take digital dental radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Collaborate with dentists regarding treatment plans Provide gentle, compassionate, patient-centered care Maintain accurate records using Eaglesoft practice management software Follow infection control and safety protocols Support efficient patient flow in a busy practice Qualifications Active Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Strong clinical and communication skills Friendly, professional, and caring demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Experience with Eaglesoft and digital Xrays preferred (training available) Schedule PartTime: 2 days per week Office hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation & Benefits $39.00-$43.00 per hour (based on experience) 401K / Pension Retirement Plan Uniform allowance Family dental benefits Continuing education allowance Supportive team and established patient base How to Apply If you're a compassionate dental hygienist looking for a flexible, parttime opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
