Team Lead / Project Lead

Job DescriptionDay-to-Day Job Duties:Manage the Illumio product end-to-end within the UPS environment.Work with multiple UPS IT groups to install, configure, and implement Illumio ring‑fencing (segmentation) policies.Determine and drive next steps for Illumio implementation and optimization across the network.Manage and maintain vendor relationships with Illumio and IBM.Lead and manage a team of NTT and UPS resources responsible for Illumio implementation and ongoing support.Provide operational and technical support for Illumio as needed.Identify, track, and report risks, issues, and blockers to IT and senior management.Partner with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues potentially attributed to Illumio.Vulnerability & Compliance Management Responsibilities:Track and report security vulnerabilities for all TEC environments.Generate weekly vulnerability reports and present findings to TEC Directors.Utilize security tools including:QualysInvictiShoDanManage vulnerability reporting for defined segments such as:PCIDMZTrack and report on audit findings related to TEC, including:PCI, Internal Audit, SRA, PIA, SOX, CRAF, TSA, SOC1, SOC2, and othersPrepare and deliver ad‑hoc and executive‑level reports for senior management.Manage the UPS Quarantine Management Program.Manage the 3rd‑Party, Self‑Managed application patching program.Identify and manage End‑of‑Life (EOL) applications, ensuring timely removal from the network.Drive efforts to reduce CISA KEV exposure across the TEC/UPS environment.Lead and manage the UPS CRAF assessment and assertion program for TEC.Act as a member of the CRAF core team.Manage specialized requests from other teams, including:Linux ID password managementFTP2 ID password managementPrinter LDAP managementZero‑day vulnerability remediation efforts (e.g., Log4j, Foreshadow)Manage the internal TEC SPM audit process.Coordinate and schedule monthly SPM training sessions in collaboration with InfoSec.Prepare and present Monthly Unit Review (MUR) reports and presentations.Manage and coordinate a team of NTT/UPS resources to ensure all responsibilities are executed efficiently.Basic Qualifications:Strong experience in network security, vulnerability management, and compliance programs.Hands‑on experience managing security tools such as Qualys, Invicti, and ShoDan.Proven experience managing enterprise security platforms (Illumio preferred).Experience managing vendors and third‑party partners.Ability to lead and coordinate technical and non‑technical teams.Strong reporting, presentation, and communication skills for senior leadership audiences.Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple IT and security teams.Travel:This position requires the ability to travel up to 25%.Preferred location: East Coast or Midwest.Degree:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.Posting Date:Department:IS Staff Aug - 1493050021
