Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Minimum 1 year home health experience Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of Washington or compact license granting privilege to practice in the state Current CPR certification Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle Bachelor's Degree Assignment Details 40 hours per week 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday No on-call requirement Coverage area includes King County and Snohomish County May float to other nearby home health agencies as needed Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient Weekend rotation required Potential availability on observed holidays is required Productivity expectation: minimum 31 points Apply now and you will be contacted by a recruiter who will give you more information.
