Professionals in the Division assess and actively manage risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets. As the needs of our clients become increasingly complex, we often develop customized solutions.Background on the TeamWithin the Fixed Income Division, Municipal Securities Structuring is made up of a group of experienced municipal market professionals focused on providing exceptional marketing and execution services to the full complement of our borrower and investor clients.The multi-faceted group sits between the nexus of origination, underwriting, and market making.
