School Speech Language Pathologist - Athens, Georgia

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments for students with communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language therapy aligned with student requirements
• Accurately maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Engage in multidisciplinary meetings, including IEP development and discussions
• Partner closely with teachers, administrators, occupational therapists, psychologists, and families
• Offer consultation and actionable recommendations to support classroom success
• Track student growth and modify intervention strategies as necessary

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Hold or be eligible for a valid Georgia SLP license and/or relevant educator certification
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred (Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply)
• Previous school-based experience preferred; pediatric clinical backgrounds warmly considered
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
