This is a field-based role focused on relationship building, networking, and community outreach. This is a highly relationship-driven, field-based position where approximately 80–90% of the role involves driving to current and potential clients, attending meetings, and building connections in the community. While the position starts with an hourly base rate, this role is designed for individuals motivated by performance-based earnings and long-term growth opportunities. Strong performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their compensation through bonuses and relationship development. This position involves significant local driving, frequent in-person visits, and face-to-face relationship development. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential. Must have personal injury experience, personality, reliability, and professionalism.
