What you'll be doing

Managing billing activities from project setup through invoicing
Reviewing contracts, rates, and project documentation for accuracy
Preparing and submitting invoices through various customer systems
Working with project managers, accounting staff, and clients to resolve billing questions
Maintaining organized project and billing records
Assisting with billing reviews and ensuring deadlines are met
Supporting ongoing process improvements within the billing function

What we're looking for

Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Billing, accounts receivable, or accounting experience
Construction or project-based billing experience is a plus
Strong Excel skills and experience working with accounting or ERP systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
