Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with project bidding
• Support Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of commercial construction projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Request and compare subcontractor pricing
• Track project documentation, schedules, and budgets
• Assist with change orders, project administration, and closeout documentation
• Maintain organized project files and estimating records

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of estimating, project coordination, or construction experience preferred
• Commercial construction experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Eager to learn and grow within the commercial construction industry
