\nJob Role: Senior Federal Payroll SME
\nDuration: Long Term
\nLocation: Remote
\n \nLooking for senior federal payroll specialists with deep hands-on experience in federal civilian payroll operations.
\nDesired background:
\n7+ years supporting federal payroll
\nStrong knowledge of Title 5 and Title 38 payroll rules
\nPremium pay, overtime, retirement deductions, TSP, garnishments, tax withholding and W-2 processing
\nPayroll reconciliation, exception analysis and root-cause resolution
\nExperience translating payroll business rules into functional requirements
\nRequirements workshops, process documentation, data mapping, RTMs and SIT/UAT
\nExperience with NFC or another federal payroll shared-service environment is highly desirable
\nOracle HCM Cloud exposure is helpful but the primary need is strong federal payroll expertise
