Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans. Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services. Ensures design of functional treatment programs to support effective community reintegration.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school. 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience. CPR Certification. Maintains an active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week, starting 09/14/2026 and ending 12/14/2026.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, documenting in medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student programs, pursues ongoing professional development, and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory standards. Demonstrates commitment to performance improvement and clinical excellence.
