PG Golf LLC is looking for a quality individual to fill the role of Machine Operator Associate.

Summary:

This critical role will coordinate activities with refinishing production to meet all specifications and quality requirements. This role will be responsible for the control and operation of the Sand blast/ Washing equipment to surface-prep balls for stamping and spraying operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Inspect sample balls before and after pressure blast.

2. Operate and monitor refinishing machinery and equipment according to established procedures.

3. Perform “grit” checks, make up “grit batches, control “grit”/ Media inventory, and recharge slurry as necessary.

4. Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and operating procedures.

5. Attention to detail.

Requirements / Qualifications

· Prior experience with pressure blasting

· Perform Basic Math Calculations

· Use/ understand measuring devices / tolerances.

· Use various hand and power tools.

· Learn and apply quality standards of workmanship / product.

· Use machine tools such as drills, lathes, millers, etc.

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Ability to work in a warehouse environment.

· This is an hourly position.
