Configuration Analyst

We are seeking a UKG Pro WFM Configuration Analyst to support a large-scale migration from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) on-premises to UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM) cloud . This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the external implementation partner, helping gather requirements, assess existing Kronos configurations, configure UKG Pro WFM, and ensure the new system accurately supports workforce and labor requirements. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Kronos WFC configuration experience , particularly within time and attendance, scheduling, accruals, and pay rules. UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions experience is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Gather and document workforce management requirements across HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT. Assess existing Kronos WFC configurations and map requirements to UKG Pro WFM. Configure and test workforce management functionality including pay codes/rules, work rules, accruals, scheduling, employee groups, and labor structures . Identify configuration gaps, legacy workarounds, and functionality requiring redesign during the cloud migration. Partner with the external implementation team during design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Review configuration and design deliverables to ensure alignment with business requirements. Support configuration migration across DEV, TEST, and Production environments. Develop and execute test scenarios and support SIT, UAT, parallel testing, and defect resolution . Document configuration decisions, system changes, and processes to support long-term system ownership. Support knowledge transfer, training, go-live, and post-production stabilization. Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) configuration or support experience. Experience configuring pay rules, work rules, accruals, timekeeping, and/or scheduling . Strong understanding of workforce management and time & attendance concepts, including overtime, shift differentials, pay periods, and labor distribution. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional or system configurations. Experience with system testing, test cases, and defect resolution. Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions cloud experience. Previous Kronos WFC to UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions migration experience. Experience working with an external implementation partner. Knowledge of FLSA, union rules, and state-specific labor requirements . Experience supporting multi-site or multi-union environments. Familiarity with HRIS/payroll integrations such as Workday, SAP, or ADP.
