Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials meeting Washington state requirements
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric environment preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education documentation

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver Occupational Therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Screen, assess, and document students’ strengths, needs, and progress
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans, focused on fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
• Partner closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students’ access to curriculum and activities
• Engage in team meetings, report preparation, and required compliance documentation
• Provide recommendations for adapted equipment and strategies within the classroom
