ManagerAs a General Manager, you will be a working manager responsible for the hands on day-to-day activities of the restaurant.Maintaining initiatives in the areas of:Administrative responsibilitiesInterviewing, hiring & trainingPerformance reviewsProduct qualityMaintenanceWorking a 45-50 hour work weekQualifications:A high school diploma or University degree preferredA minimum of 2 years supervisory experienceKnowledge of P & L statementsBasic math and accounting skillsStrong customer service skillsStrong skills in the areas of Communication, Leadership and Conflict Resolution
