Controller – Manufacturing (Injection Molding)Location: [Grand Coteau, Louisiana]Full-Time | On-SiteThe salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually.Noble Plastics, a growing injection molding manufacturer, seeking a hands-on Controller to lead Finance & Administration function and build scalable financial systems to support growth.This is a key leadership role overseeing accounting, cost accounting, cash management, payroll governance, and internal controls in a manufacturing environment.What You’ll DoLead month-end close and financial reportingOversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysisProvide financial oversight of molding pricing models.Manage cash, AR/AP, and working capitalCoordinate annual budgeting and monthly budget vs actual analysisSupervise and develop accounting staff and payroll/HR administrative staffOversee payroll accuracy, reconciliation and support benefits cost accounting and workforce expense planningMaintain ERP financial systemsSupport external CPA and banking relationshipsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years accounting experienceManufacturing and cost accounting experience requiredExperience leading month-end closeExperience supervising small accounting or administrative teamsERP experience preferred (DelmiaWorks/IQMS, NetSuite, SAP)CPA or CMA preferredThis is an opportunity for a builder-minded Controller who wants to strengthen financial infrastructure and play a meaningful role in a growing manufacturing organization.You should be proficient in:Bachelor's DegreeGenerally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Cost AccountingAccounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Certified Management Accountant (CMA)Financial Audit ExperienceMachines & technologies you'll use:Accounting Software #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
