We are committed to advocating for and creating innovative behavioral health programs, ensuring access to the services our communities deserve for a brighter and better future.Behavioral Health Solutions (BHS) is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs, FNPs, AGNPs) or Physician Assistants (PA-C) licensed in Washington to work direct care within our contracted Skilled Nursing Facilities.Service areas incorporate:Bainbridge, Silverdale, PoulsboResponsibilities:Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities.Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms.Appropriately diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.Apply appropriate medical decision-making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non-pharmacological treatments.Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.Job Type:Full-time or Part-time availableW2 Billable Hour or 1099 Independent Contractor RatesAs a provider with BHS, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, days of the week preferred.Requirements:Licensed in Washington by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry.Licensed by the Washington Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (possession of a DEA)Possession of Malpractice Insurance if Independent Contractor (offered by the company for W2 employees)1 year of Geri Psych Experience.1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.SkillsBasic computer knowledge.Experience with EMR/EHR Systems (Athena I, a plus).Excellent written communication.Attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills.Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations.Fluency in Spanish is a plus!BenefitsBillable hourly compensation model (no waiting on reimbursements).Avoid “no-shows” when working in Skilled Nursing Facilities.Hands-on and remote training/supervision.Work-life balance/flexible work schedule.PTO and Paid Holidays.A comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and more).401k with a 3% company match.NEW Administrative Codes - compensation to complete your progress notes!Scribe Assist Available!Pay:$150,000 - $210,000 depending on license, caseload, and pay model.W2 and Independent Contractor options available.Compensation is determined based on the pay model preferred, experience, and licensure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
