Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate patient care
• Contribute to the competency development of clinical staff
• Assist with appropriate resource management related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan or compact eligibility
• Experience in telemetry or medical-surgical nursing
• Navy blue scrubs required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior telemetry unit experience
• Experience with clinical staff supervision or delegation
