RN Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator

The RN Trauma PI Coordinator at TriStar Health leads trauma performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety. Responsibilities include monitoring trauma care metrics, conducting case reviews, coordinating multidisciplinary PI meetings, and ensuring compliance with trauma center and regulatory standards. This role collaborates with physicians, nurses, and leadership to develop action plans, educate staff, and integrate evidence-based practices. The RN also maintains trauma databases, prepares reports, supports accreditation efforts, and champions a culture of continuous quality improvement across the trauma program.
