COS Continuous Improvement / Site Organization Associate
Pay $21.50 7-3:30pm. M-F

Job Summary
We are seeking 4 dependable and motivated COS team members to support our lean manufacturing environment. This position is similar to a housekeeping/general labor role, but with a strong focus on organization, cleanliness, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout the facility.

COS team members will be assigned various projects to help keep the site clean, organized, safe, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, notices areas that need improvement, and is comfortable staying busy and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas throughout the facility.
• Complete assigned housekeeping and organization projects.
• Support 5S/Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Organize tools, materials, supplies, and work areas.
• Remove clutter and help maintain designated storage areas.
• Clean and maintain production and common areas.
• Assist with site improvement and organization projects.
• Identify areas where cleanliness, organization, or workflow can be improved.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable performing physical/general labor duties.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned projects.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, janitorial, maintenance, or general labor experience is a plus.
• Lean Manufacturing/5S experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be willing to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
