Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Analyst with strong expertise in Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, DB2) and hands‑on experience with modern testing frameworks and cloud platforms. This role is pivotal in supporting and modernizing legacy systems while ensuring seamless product testing, quality assurance, and technical coordination across onshore and offshore teams. Ideal candidates will bring a structured SDLC mindset, strong debugging and testing capabilities, and experience in financial or insurance systems. Duties Lead a diverse IT product support team, managing onshore and offshore coordination to ensure quality assurance and seamless testing operations. Deliver critical process improvements and automation strategies, including regression suite optimization and test framework design using Cucumber, Protractor, Selenium. Conduct end‑to‑end testing including functional, regression, database, and mainframe testing. Utilize CICS, JCL, DB2, Oracle SQL, and AWS Cloud to support application development, data handling, and infrastructure needs. Provide comprehensive system support from test planning to defect tracking and production readiness, ensuring alignment with client requirements and full test coverage. Perform root cause analysis and application debugging using tools like Xpediter. Collaborate with developers, QA, and business analysts to deliver high-quality and timely releases. Maintain and version control code using Endevor and MVS. Document technical designs, testing processes, and defect analysis thoroughly.
