We build relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency. Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
