Patient Care Coordinator

$19.97 - $30.54 per hour

Description A Patient Care Coordinator provides a variety of receptionist and skilled clerical duties in support of the clinics. This position is responsible for scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation and coordinating aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care. Position performs prior authorizations when necessary. A PCC will perform all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of the facility. Preferred Qualifications: 6 months Office or medical office. 6 months Electronic Medical Record / Practice Management experience. Knowledge of medical insurance. Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
