Your Role:

• Assessing and developing personalized therapy plans for residents with communication and swallowing difficulties.

• Collaborating with residents to help them achieve their goals and tracking their progress along the way.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

• Educating and supporting residents and their families , empowering them to actively participate in the recovery process and achieve their highest potential.

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Alaska.

• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and your team.

• Compassionate , with a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for those you work with.
