As a CBRE Consulting Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of workplace consulting, mentoring team members, and supporting business development. This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 7+ years of relevant experience in the areas of real estate, architecture, design, or consulting. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Deep expertise and understanding of workplace strategy principles and best practices.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, encompassing effective conflict resolution, team motivation, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and client-centric work ethic, committed to delivering outstanding service and driving impactful outcomes.
• Driven by a passion for strategic and innovative problem-solving, consistently seeking creative solutions to complex challenges.
• Highly developed quantitative and analytical skills, complemented by meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in extracting meaningful insights from large datasets and translating complex information into compelling, actionable findings.
• Exceptional ability to clearly present and articulate complex ideas, analyses, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, with a keen ability to listen actively and convey information effectively.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, thrives in ambiguous environments, and confidently navigates sophisticated challenges.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary and geographically distributed team environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Prior experience with design and analysis software such as Tableau, Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, and/or Revit is highly preferred.
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

The minimum compensation for the Consulting Senior Manager position is $135,000 per year and the maximum salary for the position is $165,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
