Social Media and Marketing Manager

Accurate Pavers is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to capture high-quality content from our job sites and turn it into engaging posts and paid ad campaigns across major platforms. This role requires someone who can shoot, edit, post consistently, and run targeted social media ads to generate leads and grow brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Capture high-quality photos and videos of paver installations, pressure washing, and sealing jobs (before, during, after). Operate a camera confidently and deliver professional-quality content. Edit and create short-form content including: Educational/process videos VoiceOver videos Before & after transformations Photo posts with text overlays Trending/humorous social recreations (brand-appropriate) Post consistently across social platforms (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Build and manage paid ad campaigns, including targeting, budgets, and performance tracking. Monitor results and adjust content and ads to improve engagement and lead generation. Coordinate with project managers and field crews to schedule jobsite content capture. Qualifications: Experience creating social media content for a business or brand. Strong photography/videography skills and editing experience (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, etc.). Experience running paid ads (Meta Ads Manager required; other platforms a plus). Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: Drone license / experience operating a drone for aerial photos and videos. Experience in home services, construction, landscaping, or related industries.
