Senior Dotnet Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, implement, test, and manage software applications

• Design, code, and modify complex programs, subroutines, triggers, stored procedures, objects, classes, and scripts

• Work closely with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts

• Develop solutions using Angular, C#, ASP.NET , and Oracle Database

• Perform application testing, debugging, test-data generation, and test-script execution

• Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements and enhancements

• Follow established programming, documentation, testing, and development standards

• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with technical and business requirements

️ Required Qualifications

✅ 7+ years of experience in computer programming, analysis, and development of complex business processes and system solutions

✅ 7+ years of experience in coding, testing, and debugging applications

✅ 7+ years of experience designing program/system logic and preparing detailed specifications

✅ Strong oral and written communication skills

✅ Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills

✅ Knowledge of IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and enterprise information systems

✅ Experience with architectural concepts, principles, and tools across applications, infrastructure, and information systems

✅ Strong understanding of data integrity, technology standards, procedures, and corporate data protection practices

✅ 7+ years of experience delivering technology solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of familiarity with agency information architecture and information management methodologies

• 2+ years of experience with existing/planned software technologies, software architecture, and infrastructure components across global, regional, and local environments
