Bookkeeper/Admin Company: Southern Point Staffing Location: Albany, GA 31701 Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pay Range: $18$25/hour (Based on Experience) Position Overview Electronic Systems & Design Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in QuickBooks, capable of working independently, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative and financial responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. Job Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Process payroll and handle sales tax reporting Maintain accurate financial records and cash flow tracking Communicate professionally with clients and vendors Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately File and organize paperwork and company records Coordinate hotel and flight reservations as needed Assist with vendor accounts and client relations Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties Work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently Qualifications Previous bookkeeping experience required Proficient in QuickBooks Knowledge of payroll processing and sales tax procedures Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable MondayFriday schedule Opportunity to grow with a well-established company Professional and supportive work environment If you are dependable, motivated, and looking for a long-term opportunity, we would love to hear from you!
