About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Complex Property Tax to establish and lead a specialist property tax practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for the dedicated oversight of a portfolio of technically challenging property tax engagements, with a focus on complex commercial and specialized asset classes. This leadership role requires a combination of deep technical expertise in property tax, valuation, and real estate advisory, along with strong people leadership skills to manage a team of property tax professionals. Key responsibilities include leading and developing the team, overseeing the delivery of complex property tax engagements, and ensuring the establishment of scalable operational processes and quality assurance frameworks. The role also involves active participation in client engagement, commercial growth initiatives, and the development of best practices.
