Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients, adapting techniques to meet the diverse needs of various age groups and scenarios.

• Utilize our billing service to efficiently manage claims, client accounts, eligibility checks, and payment arrangements, allowing you to focus primarily on client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with our organizational and legal standards.
\n
• Manage scheduling of appointments and maintain an organized calendar to ensure optimal client access and service delivery.
\n
• Address a wide range of clinical presentations, employing evidence-based interventions tailored to their specific situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, and families within a school environment. Your expertise will help guide students through various mental health challenges: from anxiety and depression to relationship issues. The collaborative nature of our practice means you will often liaise with teachers and parents, ensuring a holistic approach to each client's care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required, with preference for candidates holding an advanced degree.

• Must hold independent licensure as an LCSW in Virginia and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Exemplary professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competence, self-motivation, and effective organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

• You should possess well-developed therapeutic skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility for evening appointments at least two times per week.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and/or experience in couples therapy will be a significant plus and is highly regarded.

• Experience working in school settings or with a younger demographic is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, and provide an attractive bonus structure to reward your contributions. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
