Pulmonologist Physician Outpatient based, Open to candidates with fellowshipsWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pulmonologist Physician to join an established single-specialty practice. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work alongside a board-certified Pulmonary/Critical Care physician and a mid-level provider. The practice focuses on delivering comprehensive outpatient pulmonary care.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outpatient consultations and manage a diverse range of pulmonary conditions.Perform bronchoscopies and other related procedures within the hospital setting.Option to precept and mentor medical students and residents.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure continuity of care.Work Schedule:Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PMNo on-call duties required for pulmonology.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary with potential bonuses based on shared practice profits.Comprehensive benefits package including health and malpractice insurance.Generous student loan repayment assistance.Paid time off, including holidays and CME days with an allowance.Relocation assistance and a monthly cell phone allowance.Retirement plan with matching contributions.Potential early commitment stipend or sign-on bonus for residents/fellows.Facilities:Clinic with six exam rooms located within walking distance of a hospital.Access to a physicians’ lounge with meals and a 24-hour employee fitness center.State-of-the-art medical education center with simulation labs.Qualifications:Completion or near completion of an Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonology fellowship.Board-certified or board-eligible with certification expected within five years if eligible.Eligible for a Georgia medical license or via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.Conditions and Procedures Managed:Asthma, Bronchitis, COPD, Emphysema, and other chronic respiratory conditions.Interstitial Lung Disease, Lung Cancer, Sarcoidosis.Occupational lung disease and sleep disorders such as sleep apnea.Management of chronic cough and shortness of breath.We welcome candidates who have completed or are nearing the completion of their training.
