WNC QUALITY SPECIALIST

Job Title: WNC QUALITY SPECIALIST Job Location: Monroe, NC Posting Area: Operations + Manufacturing 1st shift hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Inspect quality of product before shipping. Report the level of quality achieved by production. Serve as the administrator for training, which is geared toward external customer satisfaction. Facilitate the identification of areas in need of quality breakthroughs. Administrate feedback to drive continuous improvement and respond to customers’ concerns. Work with all levels of the organization to propagate the company’s quality goals. Direct the use of quality tools to check for conformance to standards and requirements. Direct Quality Control activities to inspect and report the status of conformance in material. Apply Project Management techniques to groups of quality projects. Maintain an updated education on Quality Assurance Management and general management. Work as a problem solver for quality/manufacturing issues. Assist in development of quality training curriculum. Other tasks as assigned by QA Manager. Must be completely fluent in English.
