Location: Dubuque, IA Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 20 Hours Per Week | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

This role is an important part of delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing safe, reliable transportation for service customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of our service department.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Reliable, punctual, and professional • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Comfortable driving in various weather and traffic conditions • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What You'll Do

• Greet customers arriving at the service department and provide a welcoming experience • Safely shuttle customers to and from the dealership • Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as needed for service appointments • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service drive and customer lounge • Replenish coffee, refreshments, and customer amenities as needed • Support the service department with additional transportation and customer service duties as assigned
