You will serve as a technical leader on-site, collaborating closely with global IT teams to ensure performance, reliability, and cybersecurity compliance across enterprise and plant-floor systems.Why You’ll Love Working HereInnovative Environment: Work on cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible.Professional Growth: Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development through training programs and workshops.Collaborative Culture: A supportive and collaborative work environment where teamwork and knowledge sharing are encouraged.Global Presence: Be part of a global company with diverse teams and the opportunity to work on international projects.What You’ll Be DoingDesigning and implementing scalable LAN, WAN, and GAN network architectures.Leading and mentoring a team of Network Administrators.Managing core and edge switching, OT networks, and Wi‑Fi access points.Implementing and supporting Layer 2 and Layer 3 network protocols.Designing and maintaining plant-floor OT network segmentation, including tools such as Xona.Implementing enterprise cybersecurity solutions (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, Microsoft Defender).Collaborating with global network teams to deploy and enforce infrastructure standards.Monitoring performance using tools such as Zabbix and proactively resolving risks.Supporting cybersecurity events and incident remediation.Ensuring compliance with TISAX, CMMC, and other security audit requirements.Leading or contributing to IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.Maintaining detailed network documentation and operational procedures.Coordinating with external vendors and service providers.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or architecture.3+ years of experience supporting OT networks in a manufacturing environment.Strong expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, SD‑WAN, IP addressing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).Cisco certifications (CCNA / CCNP / CCIE); CISSP strongly preferred.Experience supporting Windows Server and Linux environments.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project leadership skills.Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, on‑site manufacturing setting.Key CompetenciesNetwork architecture and security leadershipOT and enterprise network integrationCybersecurity and compliance managementCross‑functional and global collaborationProactive problem‑solving mindsetHow to ApplyApply online at — We can’t wait to meet you!Come join our global, inclusive & diverse teamOur purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
