Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for NOELA Community Health Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive care and wellness.
• Manage approximately 18-22 patients per day within a collaborative, team-based practice model.
• Perform routine health maintenance, patient education, chronic disease management, and follow-up care.
• Work alongside physicians, nurses, and support staff committed to improving healthcare access for underserved communities.
• Practice in a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to culturally competent care.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Competitive salary from $105,000-$142,100 based on experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Active Louisiana Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license.
• Bilingual in Vietnamese.
• Ability to provide primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and chronic disease management skills.
• One year of experience preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
