We’re a growing multi-doctor practice that believes in prevention, not just fixing problems. You’d work alongside doctors who value the optical team as part of patient care, not just a sales counter.

Here’s what that looks like for you:

• Your weekends are yours. We work Monday to Friday, generally 8:15 to 5:15, with paid major holidays.

What you’ll do

• Guide patients to frames and optical products that fit their needs and the doctors’ prescriptions
• Process sales and manage inventory using retail math, vision plan allowances, and EMR systems
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding service and strong results
• Keep the optical area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Stay current so you can give patients accurate product information
• Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA regulations

What you bring

• At least 1 year of optical experience , with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Be ready to share your numbers.
• Working knowledge of vision plans and insurance allowances (EMR experience is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of optical lens designs, materials, and enhancements
• Comfortable with frame adjustments and repairs
• Organized, self-motivated, and proactive, with follow-through on what you say you’ll do
• Friendly and confident with patients, and comfortable with technology and sales math
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available during business hours, Monday to Friday

Pay: based on experience, with raises as goals and further training
