About This Position The MFM Sonographer performs diagnostic ultrasound imaging and procedures under the direction of the MFM program providers and the physician director of ultrasound. The role requires a thorough understanding of equipment and its appropriate use. Requirements Education Graduate of an accredited program in Sonography. Experience 1–5 years previous experience in MFM practice strongly preferred. Registered or registry eligible by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS). New graduates must obtain certification within 24 months of hire. Fetal Nuchal Translucency Certification, preferred. Fetal Echocardiogram Certification, preferred. Cervical Length Education and Review (CLEAR), preferred. Knowledge of AIUM Accreditation standards, preferred. Licensure/Certification ARDMS Registered or Registry Eligible; new graduates must obtain certification within 24 months of hire. BLS Certification. North Memorial Health offers multiple health plans based on work group eligibility. Salary Range: B23 ($39.83 - $59.74), based on experience Sign‑On Bonus: Eligible for up to $10,000 bonus. Bonus is prorated based on FTE. Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
