Business Development Executive

Sage Creative is a growing digital marketing agency based in the Memphis area, and we're expanding into new markets in Tennessee. We're looking for our first boots on the ground: a part-time Business Development Executive who will build our Nashville client pipeline from scratch. This is an outbound sales role. You won't be handed inbound leads. You'll be making cold calls, sending cold emails, attending networking events and sitting down face to face with business owners. What You’ll Do Make daily cold calls to prospective B2B clients in the Nashville metro area Attend local networking events, chamber functions and industry meetups Book and conduct in-person discovery meetings with business owners and decision makers Keep a clean, disciplined pipeline in our CRM with accurate notes and follow-ups Report weekly on outreach activity, meetings booked and pipeline movement What We’re Selling Sage Creative offers social media management, video & photo production, content strategy and copywriting for B2B clients. You'll have polished sales materials, case studies and a proven service lineup behind you. Who Thrives in This Role 2+ years of outbound sales or business development experience Comfortable with rejection and consistent on the phones Already plugged into Nashville business circles is a big plus Self-directed and disciplined working remotely without daily supervision Professional in person and sharp in writing Must be based in the Nashville area Schedule and Logistics 15 to 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling Remote for calls and emails, in person for meetings and networking #J-18808-Ljbffr
