The Legal Business Partner team, where this attorney will sit, partners closely with colleagues in Compliance, Privacy, Pricing & Access, Competition Law, Regulatory, Intellectual Property, and other groups to ensure the compliant commercialization of our product.The Legal Business partner will provide legal guidance and support for US Commercial and Corporate Affairs strategies and tactics related to promotional and educational activities, including engagements with healthcare providers, patients, patient organizations, and other entities, and other applications of healthcare and commercial law and regulatory compliance in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.The Legal Business Partner will provide legal training to field and home office Gilead personnel and external consultants, and responsibilities include large group public speaking and occasional travel.This position requires a proactive, problem-solving mindset, and a high degree of collaboration with internal clients and colleagues. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
