Compensation: $ 433,000 income guarantee with a $150,000 retention incentive - not taxed until employment begins. If the physician completes the term, nothing is owed. Strong package for a lower-volume, community-based OB/GYN role with regional-hub stability and no state income tax to increase take-home value.

Highlights include:- EPIC Enterprise- 2.5 OB/GYNs, 2 APPs- Approximately 350 deliveries/year- 4-day work week, 1:3 call, and 1 half-day surgery block per weekJoin a 48-bed medical center that opened in 2012 and includes a dedicated Women's Center, 8 state-of-the-art labor/delivery/recovery rooms, 1 dedicated C-section room, a dedicated ultrasound in the clinic space, and ultrasound availability throughout the hospital. The practice serves a large northeastern South Dakota referral area and has access to 12 specialties, additional outreach services, monthly MFM outreach, and broader system access to REI/IVF and Gyn Oncology
