The role will be based in OCONUS – Goldsboro, NC, with support across the CONUS – Southeast United States. The position is Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099), with a future possibility of conversion to a full-time ProSidian-employed W-2. Job Overview Provide services and support as a Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS) Project Manager I in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector, focusing on Management and Operations Solutions for State of North Carolina and other government clients. Responsibilities and Duties Manage small-scale project efforts, coordinating resources and schedules while tracking progress toward procurement and IT project goals. Perform day‑to‑day management of a single project or significant task assigned on a larger program. Manage and oversee work performance on small to medium sized task orders or a portion of a larger task under the guidance of a senior project manager. Assist in preparing and maintaining the project schedule and budget. Prepare and deliver status reports to the client. Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on small to medium‑size projects. Assist in managing staff, budget, and prioritization of tasks. Desired Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of experience in a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management skills. Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities. Leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management. Competencies Required Work products shall be thorough, accurate, and appropriately documented. Adhere to ethical and business conduct standards.
