About the Company
Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on Person Injury litigation experience and a strong understanding of the litigation process from case inception through resolution. This position is intended for an attorney who has developed their skills in an active litigation environment and is comfortable taking ownership of assigned matters, working with clients, developing case strategy, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients throughout the litigation process. Candidates must have passed the bar examination on their first attempt.

Responsibilities
- Manage and handle an active caseload of litigation matters.
- Develop case strategy and work matters through the litigation process.
- Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal authorities.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, conferences, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status, strategy, and potential outcomes.
- Review and analyze discovery and other case-related documentation.
- Work closely with colleagues, opposing counsel, clients, and other parties involved in litigation.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and meet all applicable deadlines.
- Represent clients professionally and effectively throughout the litigation process.
- Evaluate legal issues and provide well-reasoned recommendations regarding case strategy and resolution.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Passed the bar examination on the first attempt.
- 3–5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience.
- Demonstrated experience handling litigation matters and participating in the litigation process.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a legal team.
- Professional judgment and strong client-service skills.

This is a litigation-focused position. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to pre-litigation, claims handling, or pre-suit matters will not be considered.
