Shift Manager

Overview Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. They ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned. Pay $18.00/hour + Tips + Bonus Responsibilities Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation. Perform product preparation and delivery tasks. Manage customer relations. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety. Lead team and inventory management. Carry out additional duties as required.
