Plan, create, edit, publish, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and HTML-based content where appropriate. Create and maintain social media pages and profiles, ensuring consistent branding and communication across channels. Build meaningful relationships with online communities through active engagement, conversations, direct messaging, and audience interaction. Moderate user-generated content and messages in accordance with established company guidelines and community policies. Support crisis communications and help manage negative publicity or sensitive social media situations. Monitor and analyze social media analytics, including traffic, audience demographics, engagement, and campaign effectiveness, to identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements: You should have a background in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, along with practical experience managing social media channels and digital campaigns. Key qualifications include: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management. Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and their business applications, including Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Experience developing social media content, managing publishing schedules, and coordinating digital marketing campaigns. Understanding of social media metrics and the ability to interpret performance data to improve campaign effectiveness. Knowledge of project management principles and web design best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and platforms.
